North Myrtle Beach, SC – the world-class spa located at North Beach Plantation, announced that Ruby Gettinger, star of the Style Network’s reality series “Ruby – The Inspirational Weight Loss Journey,” will participate in their new Get Fit For Life program.

Get Fit For Life, the intensive, week-long fitness and healthy weight loss program will run March 20 through 26 and is designed to inspire lifelong weight and health maintenance where participants will benefit from off-site weigh-ins and consultation that continues throughout the year.  Immersed at the nurturing environment of Cinzia Spa for the entire week, the 25 enrollees will benefit from the wisdom and guidance of program leaders as well as the camaraderie of fellow participants.

The program is the brainchild of noted fitness expert Denny Starr who developed it with Ruby to help keep the Reality TV star, who is very close to her goal of losing in excess of 550 pounds, on track for the last leg of her journey to total wellness.

The comprehensive program features the nutritionally balanced and calorie-conscious meal program Ourlife Fresh which was developed by Dr. Paul Bradley to make losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle truly effortless.  Ruby has already experienced success with this unique physician-developed meal program and is thrilled to see it as part of Cinzia’s Get Fit for Life program.

The all-inclusive Get Fit For Life program includes accommodations at North Beach Plantation, a 60-acre luxurious residential resort located on the pristine sunny shores of South Carolina’s Atlantic coast; Ourlife Fresh meals; personal and group training, some of which will take place on the beach; nutritional classes and seminars; spa treatments; and an introduction to Pilates.  　

Also included in the package is Satori Space therapy, offered exclusively at Cinzia Spa, which assists in achieving a deep meditative state through audio cues and vibrational technology. The Satori Space “ReMind Weight Loss” program includes an MP3 download for continued at-home reinforcement of this new way of life.

Get Fit For Life will be offered four times a year and Starr highly recommends participation in all four programs for maximum results.
